I will start this post off by saying… these are SO easy to make, SO delicious, and NO BAKE! Yup! So go to the store, get the ingredients and make these ASAP!
For the Crust
Oreo Cookies, crushed into crumbs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup Nutella
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream to taste
1. In a medium bowl, stir together the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Evenly divide the crumbs between your individual servings (we used cupcake wrappers and a cupcake pan to get the shape) and press into the bottoms of the dishes to form a crust layer.
2. In a bowl, beat with an electric mixer, cream cheese and Nutella until smooth. Add vanilla and fold in the whipped topping until well blended
3. Evenly pipe or spoon the filling onto the individual Oreo crusts
4. Top with whipped cream and hazelnut pieces if you desire.
