Blueberries are not only delicious, and tasty, they’re beneficial as well! They have the highest antioxidant capacity of all berries. Anthocyanin, vitamin C, vitamin B complex, vitamin E, vitamin A, copper, iron (just to name a few) which all help boost your immunity and decreases affects of aging.

A study also found that blueberries may even help reduce fat, so it’s definitely worth adding some blueberries to yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, ice cream, etc.

You can find blueberries in so many different recipes! But if you don’t have time a handful of blueberries goes great with a cup of coffee for a morning snack!
